Santa Trova is a Latin-based music band featuring Esteban & Chris from the Latin group Manos PanAmerica and Emerson, Charly & Ivan from STL Latin Trio. Its main objective is to preserve and foster both Trova music and Latin-based genres by performing original and cover songs in those styles.

Santa Trova is a Latin-based music band featuring Esteban & Chris from the Latin group Manos PanAmerica and Emerson, Charly & Ivan from STL Latin Trio. Its main objective is to preserve and foster both Trova music and Latin-based genres by performing original and cover songs in those styles. The name of the project is inspired by the Cuban New Trova (or Nueva Trova Cubana in Spanish), a musical movement that originated at the end of the 60s in Cuba, characterized by the mix of guitar, poetry, and singing.
