Get ready for an enchanting evening of Latin Jazz & Classical music with Emerson Magaña and Kala Dunn.

Kala Dunn is a versatile multi-instrumentalist and vocalist with a background in both classical and jazz traditions. A graduate of Interlochen Arts Academy, where she studied flute, she later earned her degree in piano performance summa cum laude from Murray State University, performing as a soloist in works including Rhapsody in Blue and the Grieg Piano Concerto. Kala has recorded jazz standards as a vocalist with the Todd Hill Orchestra and Quintet and continues to perform as a flutist with the Paducah Symphony Orchestra. Now based in St. Louis, she is an active presence in the regional arts community and works in Advancement at the University of Missouri–St. Louis.
